All stores selling products on MetroShops.com are legal businesses. Any problems (or compliments) can be reported to customer service, thus helping to maintain quality and professionalism. Each business is accountable for "their" product and order. If there happens to be a problem with one merchant, the other orders will not be affected.
In addition, all of our merchants have agreed NOT to price identical items of the same quantity more on MetroShops.com, than they would on the their own web site. In fact, many items will be cheaper when taking into consideration that merchants must compete head to head through MetroShops.com. Comparison pricing is a price control that is driven you the customer. Any obvious violation of our site to site price control, by a merchant, should be reported immediately to customer service.
How to Shop - Shopping on MetroShops.com is as easy as 1 - 2 - 3!
1. Login to your account
If you haven't signed up, you can do that before you start shopping or at time of checkout. Click Here to sign up now!
Account holders:
- Provide your purchase information so checking out is faster and easier.
- Credit card numbers are encrypted and only given to the merchant(s) to complete the order. Re-entry will be required for new orders.
MetroMalls.com LLC respects your privacy. We will never share your personal information with anyone that does not have a need to know. What this means is that we will share your name, address, phone number and email address with a retailer that is selling the product you have ordered. However, these retailers are prohibited via an agreement with us from sharing this information with anyone or from using this information for additional marketing purposes, unless you specifically request to be a part of their mailing list. Orders processed separately through a merchants' independent web site are not subject to our set standards, so please check their privacy policy before ordering directly through their web site. Please report any violations through customer service.

2. Start shopping
Choose a Metro Area, or shop anywhere. Browse by category or search by; product name, type, price, business, location etc. Items will be displayed with basic product info name, price etc. with a links to more information and pictures. Add the items you wish to purchase to a single shopping cart. The Items in your shopping cart will be organized by each individual store, with subtotals and a total displayed.
3. Go to checkout
Enter your personal information and credit card info, if not already available, and complete the checkout and print out a report receipt detailing purchases and the total purchase amount. The Appropriate taxes and shipping if applicable, will be calculated based on the requirements for each store.
Order filling:
- Each store is given a separate order that references your MetroShops.com shopping ID.
- Each order will show up as an individual charge on your credit card bill.
- Copies of the paid invoice will be shipped with the product.
- Order information will be accessible through your MetroShops.com customer login.
Each merchant will ship products based on their particular order fulfillment method and are responsible for updating order and shipping information. When you place your order, you will get an email confirmation from MetroShops.com that we have your order and that it has been made available to each merchant. Our merchants have agreed to provide you with a order confirmation email notice. Since most of these confirmations will not be automated, you may not immediately receive email confirmation from them. Many times, notification will not be sent until the following business day.
Each individual merchant has their own return and cancellation policies and the consumer will need to follow that retailers guidelines. A link is provided at checkout to the merchant's information page, where their returns and order information is posted.
